Masturbation Yoga:
Exercises to Enhance Masturbation

Masturbation yoga? What on earth do masturbation and yoga have in common? And why would a person want to combine the two?

Maybe not combining masturbation and yoga, exactly. However, many of the same principles used to practice yoga can enhance the masturbation experience. Furthermore, they create more intense orgasmic pleasure. Who wouldn’t want more enjoyable orgasms? After all, isn’t that the ultimate reason we masturbate?

You have probably heard the term “tantric masturbation” before but you may not understand exactly what that is or why you should practice it. The word Tantra means to expand, manifest, or weave. Tantra as a practice is the art of prolonging sexual arousal and consciously directing orgasmic sexual energy throughout the entire body.

Breathing Exercises

Believe it or not, the single most important factor in achieving the most pleasurable orgasms is breathing. Conscious, rhythmic breathing. The more you breathe in a rhythmic pattern, the more relaxed your body and mind become. The more relaxed your mind and body are, the more receptive to stimulation they become. Breathing is integral to tantric masturbation.

Although breathing is usually an automatic bodily function outside of conscious awareness, it can be intentionally controlled. The next time you are ready to masturbate, take a couple of minutes to do these breathing exercises, which will help put your mind and body in a state that is more receptive to stimulation and arousal.

Abdominal Breathing

Lie on your back on a firm surface and put your hand right below your belly button. Close your eyes and breathe through your nose. Place your other hand on your upper-chest. The movement during breathing should all be occurring in the diaphragm (the area above the belly button). The upper-chest should not move at all during this exercise. Keeping your mouth closed, make a conscious effort to breathe through your nose, taking slow, steady, rhythmic breaths.

The Complete Breath

Taking a complete breath involves consciously inhaling and moving the breath into the diaphragm until it expands and then filling the mid-chest and upper-chest. When the diaphragm fills, the ribs will expand outwardly and the top part of the abdomen will rise. As the mid-chest fills with breath, the ribs will expand to the sides and under the armpit, until the upper-chest fills with air, causing the breast bone to rise slightly. The exhale follows the same pattern in reverse; releases air from the upper-chest, followed by the mid-chest, and finally the diaphragm.

Full Body Relaxation Exercises

It’s a proven fact that more relaxed muscles are more receptive to stimulation than tense muscles. Here’s an everyday example that may help to illustrate the point.

When a person is expecting a punch in the gut, they tense up the stomach muscles in an effort to lesson the pain from the impact. If a relaxed person who is not expecting a punch in the gut receives the same punch, it will be much more painful because the stomach muscles were relaxed, therefore, much more receptive to stimulation of any kind.

With that in mind, it only stands to reason that a relaxed body will be more receptive to pleasurable stimulation than a tense body. Tantric body worship, even on yourself, is exactly what you can try the next time you masturbate and see if you notice a difference.

Start by tensing every muscle in your face as tightly as you possibly can. Hold it for about 10 seconds, then release, making sure to completely relax each part of the face. Repeat this several times before tensing the neck and shoulders. Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat several times, then tense the abdomen and core muscles. Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Go on to tense the groin and release, the legs, and then the feet. Next, tense the whole body beginning with the face and working your way down to the feet until you are holding every muscle as tightly as possible, including your breath, for about 10 seconds. Release and repeat several times. Now that the body is relaxed, it’s a good time to go back and focus on finding a rhythmic breathing pattern to deepen the state of relaxation even more.

Teasing and Edging

Once the body is completely relaxed and masturbation begins in earnest, try a few new stroking techniques, varying the speed of the strokes, and even try a little CBT or light kneading of the scrotum and testicles. The important thing is to get to the very edge of orgasm and stop. Do not stroke again until after all the excitement has subsided and the cock is completely limp.

Repeat this process several times over a period of minutes, hours, or even days.

Explosive, Earth Shattering Orgasms

As you master each of the techniques above, begin putting them all together until you are using them all at the same time. The more relaxed you can get and the more you tease and edge yourself without actually having an orgasm, the more intense the orgasm will be when it finally occurs.
